Shipping times
Please note: We are not Amazon prime. We can't get your package to your door in two days. We're also not Anti-social social club who makes you wait two months for your stuff. Our Shipping times are not guaranteed. USPS estimates your package's arrival based on many factors. Many of our items are made to order. In most cases, You must allow 1-3 days of production time for us to prepare your order. This production time can be as long as 7 days depending on our access to raw materials. Long story short, turnaround time is about a week for the tri state area. West coast orders may take a few extra days. Black and Yellow is a small company. We appreciate your patience!
Returns Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
